Bad service
“Requested for room service to do bedding for almost 4-5 times from morning 10:00 AM TO 3:00 PM, hardly anybody gave attention about it, finally i had to go and yell and post that they came and did it.
Informed all people from morning to afternoon, receptionist, house keeping, and so on and none of “ them didnt even bother to address issue.
Morning complimentary breakfast is pathetic, food is not at all good, hardly they had any varieties, not at all worth, during my first visit to same place some time back, morning breakfast was too good.
now its useless.

“It was a good stay at Treebo Komfort Suites Deluxe room. Room was ready and there was no delay in check-in process. I checked in at 9:00PM and checked out at 12:15PM on the next day. Room was clean and hygienic. I was not given the Wifi password even after calling the reception guys 2 times. Worst place to stay in Mysore!
“We had booked at Treebo Komfort Suites because it had good reviews on Tripadvisor. Clearly, Tripadvisor reviews are not the best guideline as to where to stay. We stayed for three nights and all three of them were horrid. As we checked in, the room's key didn't work, therefore there was no e“ lectricity for the entire room. Later in the day, the kettle didn't work , the AC didn't and the bathroom was filthy. Also the food at their restaurant was terribly below standard. My father actually got a stomach ache after eating breakfast there.
I would advise any future travellers to Mysore to NOT STAY HERE!!!
For the amount of money they charge, there are many better options and even Air BnB options available. This is by far the worst hotel experience my Family has had. I would advise Treebo to remove such horrid hotels from their chain. We, for one, are never staying at a Treebo hotel ever again.

“over all good except service. Booked 2 rooms and Just after checked in had to ask for e-kettle, milk powder, tea bags etc even for water bottle 3-4 times for one room. In one room all things were available but in another room nothing and after asking we did not get e-kettle, milk powder, tea bags e“ tc . water bottle was provided. I am happy with rest of the things. One more thing I would like to bring to your notice we found that shampoo tube and lotion were kept used one, seal were open. I did not ask for new one because we carried those things with us. But please keep this in mind.

Nice place at mysore
“Everything is under budget and good place to stay. Location ia good. Easy to get out of city. I came from blore, easily reached this hotel. This hotel is almost in front of iconic R K Narayan's house. Nice and posh location.Staff were courtious. Restaurant is clean and neat. Food served was OK. “ Breakfast was good. Had three four options but were of good quality.

Excellent stay at Treebo Krishna comfort Mysore
“We had excellent stay at Krishna comfort Treebo Mysore in Jan 2019, we are from Pune. Ashok uncle is very kind(the owner of the property) , He guided us about tourist attraction at Mysore and hassle free travelling everywhere in Mysore. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Stay at krishna comfort
“This place is good and neat. Few things which they need to work on. As all hotels provide even they have complimentary breakfast. First day of our stay they provided elobrate breakfast. Second day they restricted to only two items of our choice of breakfast.. .you cannot cut down on the complimen“ tary breakfast.. We would have been charged for it.. . Second thing was we had gone out for sight seeing and instructed the reciptionist to clean the room.... We came back after 6 hours they cleaning was not done and we were made to wait in the reception until they complete the cleaning. It was totally unprofessional of them. .

“I was worth staying at Treebo Komfort suites, Mysure. They received us well. the rooms were good with kettle, wifi, hot water, TV, AC and all the necessary toiletries. The hotel is situated just few kilometers to most of the site-seeing places in Mysore. The down side is - the night time room servic“ e is poor and the lunch and dinner is not good. You need to wait 45 minutes to get the ordered food. The complimentary breakfast is good. It was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Clean, Safe Budget hotel for family.
“Booked 2 rooms and found this hotel to be matching my expectations. The rooms were big and clean. We were 2 adults and 2 kids in each room and they provide mattress for extra person on extra payment basis. The breakfast is simple and adequate (Idli, Vada, Poori/Semiya bath, bread with Butter and Jam“ , Juice, Tea/coffee). The bathroom amenities could have been better. There is a Forum mall in just 200m. Staff is courteous and helpful. WiFi is little slow. Overall it is a no frills hotel and I certainly recommend it for a short stay.

“This was one of the few hotels offering a decent price for my stay immediately post the dasara celebrations. It has a good location, not too far from the palace plus the forum value mall next door. However, I could hear noise from the corridor (other rooms being locked / unlocked) and seems to share“ a wall with another rooms bathroom. Could use better soundproofing.

Comfortable stay
“We stayed 3 nights in two rooms early Jan 2018. Quiet residential locality. BM Habitat mall with cinema, Big Bazaar is next door. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms - basic economy but clean. Restaurants 15min walk away. Auto rickshaws available easily for commutes within Mysore. Great deal if you are “ looking for a good place to stay with a decent in-house restaurant and away from the noise. Breakfast included.

“Hi Team Treebo, I had a nice stay with family at Treebo Spektrum Mysore. The stay was very comfortable. Room quality and interiors were really nice. Only disappointment was the breakfast. “We made a sudden plan for Mysore with family friends.While looking for Hotel, we came across Treebo, founding it to be satisfactory we made bookings for 3 rooms. Good Hotels, there are room for improvement
“Good and calm locationBreakfast had limited options. They were very good.Standard rooms lack privacy. In the sense there were lot of noise and they were too much audible within the room. Even other guests suppose to understand not to disturb by making lot of noise in the midnight.The bathroom and to“ ilet were very good and clean. The water outflow during bath talkes lot of time. After few mugs of water, one needs to wait for the water to drain before puring tjhe next mug.Of late visited their deluxe room, there were very spacious and has a good privacy. I assume these rooms will be worth for the cost.Overall I am satisfied with the standard room. Next time, will visit this hotel, but will settle for a higher rangerooms.

Request for early check in rejected at last minute due to which i have to wait 2hrs in reception with my 1yr old baby
“I did the booking 2 months in advance and I called the hotel , requested for early check in with extra payment basis. On my date of travel i have asked to wait till 11 am until rooms are free. That was frustrating as Me my wife & a 1yr baby had to wait at reception from 7 am till 9 am. After 9 a“ m when I started soughing on the staff within 15 mins they arranged room.Till that time no staff bothered to ask for a glass of water to a tourist. I do have other points but that i can forget. However above point was Terrible.

Not worth for money
“I went with my family in dec 2017 and experience was very bad.Starting from room ,washroom and service for room that too only call for water bottle refills was very bad. I cant forget the day my parents stayed in a room on second floor and there was no ventilation proper even the AC was not properly“ working and in night we faced many problem because of this . Same day around 9.30 i called the desk for water to be refilled and the person at reception said ok will send but till morning 8.00 no one came for water .
So overall the experience was bad,no proper service,congested rooms and the staff specially in evening is not good .The area the hotel is has no view and will never go there again.

Hotel tried to cheat us
“The hotel staff tried to cheat us with pricing. The total price was Rs. 4800 + gst for 2 rooms (2 Adults + 1 child in each room). My reservation clearly stated that. However, the staff asked us to pay Rs.2000 extra for the second adult in each room. We called Booking.com and the customer service rep“ talked to the hotel staff. The hotel staff told the customer service rep that they weren't asking for any extra money. However, hotel staff asked for 2000 Rs extra at check-out. They tried to force me into paying but I did not. They were rude to us and they ganged up on us to intimidate us. They yelled at us.Word of caution: This hotel shows low price on booking.com as a way to get bookings and then forces customers to pay extra. This is blatant cheating and Booking.com should remove such hotels from its listing. The entire hotel staff was on it. This means they do it often.
