“So i was searching for a perfect hotel for my 3 days trip to Jaipur with my family including my old parents . Since it was a family trip i wanted to get the most comforatable hotel and a hotel which is not much far from the Railway station as well . So this is a well maintained hotel with excellent “ staff . The rooms are good , hygienic washrooms , buffet breakfast including 3-4 dishes ( all so yumm !) , complimentary wifi , cloak room facility too . Even if you have some issues with the room or food or any other service the staff will be very haooy to greet you and help you out . Even after the checkout we stayed at the hotel lobby since out train was late and believe me the hotel staff was there to greet us so well even after checkout . We stayed there for 5-6 hours more :) Thanks Treebo ! Specially mentioning the reception staff ( i forgot his name :p ) for greeting us so well and also heloing us with places to go near Jaipur .

“I've been travelling a lot and it had taken its toll and this place was like an oasis to me. “Right from my checkin at 2.45 AM to my checkout at 6.00 PM the total experience was awesome. The behaviour and attitude of all staff from the security, receptionist, room boys to the dining staff was exceptionally great. Even that on my arrival at early dawn I got warm cooked food on my request. In “ all terms my stay was excellent. If ever again I visit Jaipur, this will be my only option for accommodation. Good and comfortable Hotel with Worst Breakfast
“I stay there for 1 Night, Reached there at late night around 2:00AM, everything was good. Check-in is prompt, rooms are good with nice interior. Rooms are clean. Easy to approach the Hotel as it is just opposite to Jaipur Railway Station.
But the Breakfast quality and variety is pathetic. The had t“ aken Vada which not cooked at all, Outer cover of Vada is crisp but form internal it is liquid. To my surprise all Vada served there were same. Even only have 3 food options with Tea and Milk only.

“Stay in the hotel is memorable. Mr. Mahesh at the reception is sober, professional, cordial and very much caring. Food served in the breakfast is delicious. Lighting in the room was felt that it could have been better as only few dim LED lights were fitted. Space available in the room is educate.“

“The 2bhk flat I stayed in was good. The bathrooms at times have a foul odour? Could not figure out why. The staff was new, few of them had no information about the tourist place timings. Nice hotel
“It was a pleasant stay.
But they charge me different rates for staying two continues day in the same room. Ceiling fan was not working. Restaurant staff was not friendly. Hotel staff refuse us to stay only for 2 hrs beyond the checkout time. Which was disappointing.

Good room but not perfect
“Everything about the room was great. But here were few things which could have been better. Like the TV remote was half broken, Ac remote did not have batteries until I asked them to give. Also I had booked premium room which is highest in cost but when I saw other rooms around me which had doors op“ en I saw that those rooms were much bigger. So what is the difference between a standard room and a premium room, should be clearly mentioned.
TV had only a couple of channels per category which were available. Even many free to air channels were not there. This was ridiculous.
Best part was the breakfast. It had a lot of verities and tasty food. Food which were great and needed special mention are palak puri with alu sabji, choley bhature, masala idli, uttapam and tea.

Nice stay near to the railway station
“biggest plus point is location its bang opposite the Jaipur railway station (less than 300 meters)complementary breakfast is ok not fancy but taste was good. there was bread toast, idly fry ,corn flakes,fresh fruits ,poori. The dining area is small so it gets crowded during breakfast.Room service wa“ s prompt. food in restaurant was delicious we had thali during dinner . the quantity of food was less in the thali especially the subji. we asked for a serving of subji and were told it will be charged! that was not expected.

“Cons : Food was not good except Daal rice . specially South indian food are terrible. Room service ia not proper as i have kept keys at reception to clean my room and sent for roaming and when came back i found my room as it is. They havet open my room also. Disappointing
“With a squashy mattress on the bed that swallows like quick sand its visitors, they provide beds that spell agony through one's limbs for a whole day. Unpunctual services and irregularity in cleaning and maintaining their rooms is their only constant. And never consult the receptionist for visit“ ing monuments at Jaipur or around, they provide erroneous informations and when you correct them for releasing them from their stubborn ignorance, they find the best of justifications for not accepting their faults. Too attached by their dark ego. Too rude and impolite! The only plus point is the hotel's location that is just in front of the railway station. Dear Treebo, please see and follow up this hotel, Raya Inn does not match your standard of choice, service and performance, you will lose more customers if you entertain such cheap players! If corrected and rectified sternly this can be good! Thank you.

“I stayed for 1 night and we booked 2 rooms. For my booking, we were allocated OAK category rooms and I'd say the rooms were compact and had all key amenities. Disappointing first impression
“Hotel did not prepare the rooms in advance for our stay. We requested for 2 triple occupancy rooms, but extra bedding was not kept ready. The washrooms were not properly cleaned. Towels sèemed old and worn-out. There was a stink in the rooms as we entered and called the Reception. We were informed t“ hat the smell was due to rains and the Hotel being an old building retained the dampness. The tea-kettle in one room was stinking badly from left-over tea from a previous guest. Perhaps the house-keeping staff overlooked cleaning it. We brought all these points to the notice of the Manager immediately and he took prompt action to aerate the rooms, use air-fresheners, clean the rooms and washrooms once again, provide clean kettles and linen and supervised a neat arrangement of the extra bed. After that, all was fine and we were comfortable for the rest of our stay at Treebo Natraj. All's well that ends well. Thank you staff for eventually catering to Treebo standards.....but wish you were already prepared for our check-in which was informed much in advance.

“We were travelling with kids and sr citizens still the hotel did do anything to make stay comfortable. We were given rooms on top (3rd floor) and we had to use stairs because of lift situation. Also we were charged for ice used for infant milk storage. Staff was not even able to arrange taxi in time“ .

Do not get fooled by positive reviews.
“At the outset the positive reviews had me fooled, Good rooms and good service. Hence I booked there for four days and paid in full before hand. Check in was prompt even at night but even though had specified for a double bed they gave two individual beds which was put together in the last moment res“ ulting in much backache. Though I asked for another room they blatantly refused even though they had cos I had already paid and couldn't do anything bout it. The corridors and the rooms smell of smoke as they allow Indore smoking so a big no for people who can't tolerate cigarette smoke.
Next though the rooms appear neat and clean, lots of deep stains on the mattress and the sofa which they had provided.
The TV they had provided had no English or my regional channels only Hindi, and they blatantly refused to add any other packages though it was possible since I had already paid and had to fight a long time to finally get English movies on the last day of my four day stay.
The breakfast, nothing to say bout it, since nothing to really say bout it as there were only two dishes with condiments, absolutely no choice with a poor service.

“Very bad and dirty bed covers and sheets. The complimentary breakfast was bad. We had stayed for 2 days, they never cleaned the room. They had charged extra 60 RS for a tea and bislery water bottle, whereas water was supposed to be complimentary.

Worst Staff
“I stayed in this hotel starting 15th till today. Room cleaning was done only once in 3days that too upon asking. They charged me 200/- bucks just for changing the quilt cover. When asked the manager about the same.. they said, they would not be changing the quilt cover everyday for me. I only asked “ them to change the cover once. They did not provide me water bottle which was there in my itinerary. I had to ask them to provide it to me. Even then, they did not provide me with water bottle the second day. I would sugest that they should learn hospitality first. The only thing i liked was the buffet breakfast. It was really good.
