Excellent staff behaviour...... Good restaurant with excellent breakfast..... Clean room and on time accomodatioac. ....... Near to bus stand..... Not too far from railway station. Over all good property to stay at calicut

I was there for work and had to stay for 6 days. Wanted a good desk to work, that i never got! however the staff were friendly and good! Breakfast started early and was good. Things in the room usually worked well. There was an unusual smell in the room that never went off.

Even though our selected room is small but the cleanliness, room service are good. Breakfast would have more authentic. Fantastic location especially for the price. I really enjoyed the neighborhood. You must try the Hotel Rahmat's newly opened restaurant which is very closed by.

I booked 2 rooms. This was for similar rooms and paid same price for both rooms. But I was given 2 entirely different looking rooms. One was excellent I deserve 4 star rating. Second one was poor and would get 1 star rating. Bathroom needed repairs. A large rubber mat was placed in the shower room probably to cover some leaks or damaged floor. At check in I wasnt told how to use wifi. Dental kit was only available on request. Ordered some food and the I was charged 20 rupees more than what was on the menu. But room price was good compared to other hotels. So giving 3 stars.
