REVIEWS FOR KOLKATA

“Recently started at treebo vedanta near EM bypass. I'd first like to compliment the rooms and the amenities. Neat, cozy rooms, good location. On the contrary the management is unprofessional, repeated interruption for room cleaning, stink emanating from the surroundings. My fiance had to check in f“ irst as my flight was delayed. Inspite of the fact that it was the second time we stayed there the hotel staff refused to check her in even though she provided a valid ID. All the more to my anguish, the room was booked in her name and it was midnight. The staff didn't even consider the safety of a lady. Later when told to pull out the registers and finding our names there from the previous check in, they put up an excuse that the person had recently joined the staff and was unaware. Secondly, while checking out, we got a call from the reception at 11 am for the confirmation. We left the room at 12, already late, when to my horror the bills weren't in place. It took them another 20 odd mins for clearance and the final bill. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
